Who runs this page

This is an independent marketing page for new residential projects in Gurgaon (Gurugram). It is not the official website of any developer listed on it, and we are not the promoter of any project shown. We are a real-estate channel partner: we are paid by the developer when a booking happens, and nothing is charged to you.

What we collect

• What you type: your name and mobile number, the budget you tap on the form, and — if you asked from a project card — which project it was.
• Where you came from: the page you were on, and the campaign, keyword and click identifiers Google adds to the link (gclid, utm_* and the like) so we know which advert you clicked.
• Ordinary server records: the usual web-server log entries, which include an IP address and browser type.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, card numbers or passwords. Nobody from our side will ask for them either.

Why we collect it

To call, message or WhatsApp you with the shortlist, cost sheets, floor plans and payment plans that match what you told us, and to arrange site visits. We also use the campaign data to work out which adverts are worth running.

Your permission to contact you

When you submit the form you are asking us to contact you about these projects, so we may call, message or WhatsApp you on the number you gave — even if that number is registered on the DNC or NDNC list. That permission covers this enquiry only. Tell us to stop at any time and we stop, straight away.

Who else sees it

• The developer whose project you ask about, or their authorised channel partner, so they can register the enquiry and share pricing.
• The tools we run the site on — Google (Ads conversion measurement), Google Sheets (where the enquiry is logged) and our email provider.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to developers whose projects you did not ask about.

Cookies and measurement

The site loads Google's advertising tag so we can count how many enquiries an advert produced. That tag may set cookies in your browser. It tells us that an enquiry happened — it does not send Google your name or number. Your browser settings can block these cookies; the page still works if you do.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details stay with us for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back to the same search. After that they are deleted. Ask us sooner and we delete them sooner.

Having your details removed

Write to damityadavdigital@gmail.com or call +91 96677 85655 and say so. There is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries go to accounts protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, but we do not keep anything we do not need.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top of it.
